Proper audio visual support is integral to your presentation’s impact; therefore it’s imperative that we receive your technical requirements by Thursday November 30 so we can ensure that the equipment will be available. After Thursday November 30 we will not be responsible for providing any additional requests beyond the standard equipment.

The following equipment is standard and will be provided for every session room

(1) Podium Microphone
(1) Wired Lavalier Microphone
(1) Table Microphone (for panel sessions only)
VGA Switcher
Internet access will NOT be provided in the session rooms
Wireless internet access will be available throughout the facility
